| The goal of
IAC is to improve communication between
government and industry concerning Information
Technology (IT) practices and related
issues. IAC is comprised of IT
professionals representing large and small
private sector organizations that provide
Information Resource Management (IRM) services
and products to government. Members include
producers of Hardware and/or Software, Systems
Integrators, Telecommunications vendors,
Management Consultants, etc.
BITS
is currently a member of the IAC Planning
Committee that is organizing a series of
Industry/Government Partnership Luncheons
allowing Industry and Government officials a
forum to discuss technology issues.
BITS
recently assisted IAC and the Federal Chief
Information Officer (CIO) Council in selecting
fourteen Federal IT initiatives as Best IT
Practice Initiatives. For more information on
